Our increasingly digital society today resembles a desert. It is a world seemingly limitless and fantastical. Virtual spaces extend the boundaries of reality, making it harder and harder to distinguish where reality ends and illusion begins. Where is our oasis in this desert?
CFCL’s seventh collection evokes the complex colors of nature, materials translucent to sunlight, and a radiant future that we have yet to see. We pursue Knit-ware as clothing that fuses a tangible reality with the new dreams we envision.
いつの日か見た砂漠の景色は、デジタル化が進む現代社会と重なりました。限界の見えない、幻想的ともいえる世界。バーチャル空間が現実との境界を押し広げ、その境目は日々曖昧になっていきます。今、人々にとってのオアシスはどこにあるのでしょうか。
VOL.7は、自然が持つ複雑な色彩、光に透けるマテリアル、そしてまだ見ぬ輝かしい未来を想像させるコレクションです。人々が描く新しい夢と、手触りあるリアリティの混在した衣服を、Knit-wareとして提案します。
